Story: Having witnessed the murder of her boss by a crime gang, a bartender fakes her death. Assuming a new identity many years later in Philadelphia Kate is now happily married and has an eight year old son. But a retired crooked cop back in Chicago is forced to meddle with a reopened investigation into the murder case. For Kate the past soon closes in. A hit man is dispatched. The faade is soon cracked. How much time can she buy to free herself of this purgatory?
